The Organising Committee has made an assessment of the situation based on the latest developments concerning COVID19. The legal framework will remain tightened in Switzerland until at least the end of September 2020. Under these conditions, we will not be able to hold the Basel Open Masters 2020 in the usual standard. Travel restrictions on our foreign guests further aggravate the situation. At the same time, we are also concerned about the health of our guests, our athletes, judges and helpers.It is therefore with a heavy heart that we have decided to cancel the Basel Open Masters 2020. We are focusing on the next event in 2021 and are looking forward to welcoming our friends and guests in Basel under better conditions. Many thanks for your understanding. Stay healthy!
