The announcement for the Basel Open Masters 2021 is running. So are the preparations by the organizing committee. We are looking forward to welcoming the international karate world in Basel in 29 days.

In the past years we have built up an international tournament on a high level with top karatekas from all over the world. This has always given us a lot of pleasure. We would now like to take a step back to normality and again hold an interesting and attractive tournament in Basel. All details can be found in Sportdata, where you can also register right away:

Based on the latest information from the Swiss government, we have fixed our protective measures against COVID-19 for the Basel Open Masters 2021. Access to the competition is only possible with a valid COVID-19 certificate (official certificates from Switzerland and EU). Persons under 16 years of age, however, do not need a certificate. In case persons need a certificate at short notice, we have taken precautions: Directly in front of the venue there is an official test station, which performs COVID-19 tests (Antigen Quick Tests) and can issue a valid certificate in case of a negative test result. Nevertheless, we also rely on the mandatory use of masks in the hall. All protective measures, as well as information about the free tests and certificates on site, are available in the download area of Sportdata.
